OMC’s are governed by the Companies Acts (principally the Companies Act 2014) and the Multi-Unit Development Act 2011 (The MUDs Act) which applies specifically to Multi-Unit Developments and which require an Owner Management Company in the form of a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG).
