The standard service will be provided at an annual fixed fee related to the size of the OMC, and should supplementary services be required, a fee will always be discussed in advance.

OCAS are conscious of the voluntary nature of participation by directors of OMC’s and the service has been designed to give directors easy access to the information required. The services will be mainly delivered online. Queries can be sent, by email or phone to OCAS. Most queries will be replied to within 3 to 5 working days, whilst more complex questions may take 6 to 8 working days to respond to. Should further follow up be required a telephone or zoom discussion with the officers and/or the board will be arranged.
The advice given by OCAS in specialised areas will be general in nature and designed to guide the board to engaging where necessary the appropriate expert advice particularly in such critical areas as Fire Safety, and Health and Safety.
The OCAS service is designed to be complementary to the service already provided by the OMC’s Managing Agent and to be an additional resource to the board and its directors.
