Every OMC must comply with the GDPR legislation which sets out the rules governing matters such as the retention of members data, release of owners' contact details, CCTV intrusion on external areas, management of and confidentiality or recorded images within the OMC's internal public areas:

• Members rights to see ownership data

• Management / control & retention of CCTV data

• Contractor control & accreditation
