INFORMATION UPDATES
New regulations and amendments to existing company legislation are being introduced frequently and apply to all companies including OMC's. It is difficult for a voluntary board to stay abreast of these frequent changes. Company directors are legally obliged to be aware of and implement any such changes.
OCAS will issue regular updates on such changes and advice on how to comply with the new regulation in the form of:

Information updates issued by email on new regulatory requirements or filing/registration deadlines.

Regular newsletters circulated to OMC boards dealing with topical matters or new legislative or regulatory changes.

Zoom information seminars held in respect of any new relevant legislation or regulation.
